We always respond to legitimate inquiries, and normally do so within 24 hours. We usually respond first via email. If you have not received our response within 36 hours, then your email filter may have discarded our message. Please check your deleted emails.

We prefer PayPal, but we also accept personal checks from banks in the USA.

Please send text attachments in Microsoft Word (*.doc/*.docx) or Text (*.txt) format. Please send images as JPG, if possible. We can work with GIF, PDF or other formats if necessary, but we prefer JPG. Please include photos as file attachments. Do not paste them into the email or into a Word document. Give your files descriptive names. If they are a photo with a caption, please make the file name the intended caption.

If you need to send more than 5 Megabytes (total) per email, please consider mailing your materials on CD. Please contact us for a current mailing address.
